Post Name	Educational Qualification; Age Limit
Research Associate	Ph.D. Degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/ Genetics/Bioinformnatics/ allied sciences OR First class Master's degree in any discipline of Plant Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Botany/Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Agriculture having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years or research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship. NET qualification is essential for the candidates with 3+2 years B.Sc.+ M.Sc.
JRF	Post Graduate Degree in Plant Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Agriculture with NET qualification or Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET qualification or Postgraduate Degree in Professional Course
SRF	First class Master's degree in any discipline or Plant Sciences with specialization in Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/Life Sciences/ Agriculture. NET qualification and two years research /teaching experience is essential for the candidates with 3+2 years B.Sc.+ M.Sc. Age limit: Maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women as on the date or interview (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules).
