Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Research Establishment Officer (Grade I) Post [Post Code: 002A]: B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering with 5 years of experience. A track record, spanning at least three years, of developing microcontroller/ processor/ FPGA based embedded electronic systems with experience of involvement in the full development cycle from specifications to board level design and implementation. Knowledge of analog and digital design, C++, algorithms, Communications protocols (GSM, Bluetooth, NFC) and DSP is expected.
Educational Qualification for Research Establishment Officer (Grade I) Post [Post Code: 002A]: B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, with additional required experience of at least 5 years relevant to installation, maintenance of semiconductor (and related industry) cleanroom/ equipment/ facilities/ utilities. 15 years of relevant experience is strongly desirable. Apart from the additional required experience mentioned above, experience in manpower management, vendor management, documentation and implementation of standard operating procedures, maintaining standard quality practices are desirable.
Educational Qualification for Research Establishment Officer (Grade I) Post [Post Code: 002B]: M.Tech / M.Sc. in any area of engineering or sciences plus 3 years of relevant experience or Ph.D. in any area of engineering or sciences. Two years experience in research and/or development work experience after submission of PhD thesis, in the area of (organic photovoltaic cell / DSSC) and/or in flexible electronics, technology development and technology transfer and interaction with industry. Experienced in leading a team. Hands on experience in processing, fabrication and characterisation of thin films, devices and/or modules will looked upon favourably.
Educational Qualification for Senior Research Establishment Officer Post [Post Code: 003A]:Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering plus 5 years relevant experience. Broad understanding and experience with analog, mixed signal and RF circuit design including good knowledge of process and layout issues and device modelling. The candidate is expected to have a good grasp of system level issues and be able to lead/ guide project teams independently.
Educational Qualification for Senior Research Establishment Officer Post [Post Code: 003A]:Ph.D. in Physics/ Electrical Engineering/ Material Science and Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Photonics plus 5 years relevant experience. Work experience in processing of OLED and/or flexible electronics, technology development and technology transfer, interaction with industry.
