General Manager: First or High Second Class Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years relevant work experience.

Deputy General Manager: First or High Second Class Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years relevant work experience.

Chief Manager: First or High Second Class Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years relevant work experience.   

Maximum Age Limit for General Manager: 45 years.

Maximum Age Limit for Deputy General Manager and Chief Manager: 40 years
