Eligibility Criteria for Medical Officer, Lab Technician and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Medical Officer Dental (DEIC): candidate should have Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Degree qualification included in Part 1 or Part 2 of the schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948.
Accountant (State) (NPCB): candidate should have B. Com with Diploma in Computer with Accounting package (Tally) from institute recognized by Goa Government. Candidate should have 02 years experience in the relevant field.
Pediatrician (DEIC): MD in Pediatrics OR MBBS with Diploma/DNB in Child Health (DCH).
Ophthalmic Surgeon (NPCB): M.S/DNB in Ophthalmology (MCI recognized) with 01 year post qualification experience and D.O.M.S (MCI recognized) with 02 years post qualification experience.
Medical Officer (DEIC): candidate should have MBBS from recognized university.
Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant (NPCB): Two years Diploma course in Optometry or trained as an Ophthalmic assistant.
Audiologist & Speech Therapist (DEIC): B.Sc. In Speech Therapy an audiology from recognized University or equivalent with 01 year experience.
State Data Manager (IDSP): Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science or BE in IT/ Electronics.
Optometrist (DEIC): candidate should have Degree in Optometry.
State Epidemiologist (IDSP): Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Preferably in Epidemiologist or Public Health such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE, PhD etc.)
Dental Technician (DEIC): candidate should have completed SSC and Dental Technician Course
State Microbiologists (IDSP): Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma (Preferably in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology and other lab Sciences).
Data Entry Operator (DEIC): candidate should be Graduate and should have completed 06 Months computer course.
State Veterinary Consultant (IDSP): candidate should have Post Graduate Veterinary degree or equivalent from a recognised university.
Counsellor (RMNCH+ A): candidate should have Degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology with Diploma in Computer Application.
Consultant Training (IDSP): Post Graduate in Medical field preferably in Public Health/Epidemiology.
State Programme Manager (PM): Graduate in any stream and should have completed Intermediate exam of Chartered Accountant/Master in Business Administration from recognized institutes. Candidate should have Diploma in Computer Application with 10 years experience in Administrative/Finance.
Senior Treatment Supervisor, (South Goa) (RNTCP): Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course and should also have Certificate course in computer operation
Consultant (PM): BAMS/BHMS / Master in Hospital Management (2 years full time programme) or equivalent.
Senior Medical Officer- DR-TB Centre (RNTCP): MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical council of India; Must have completed compulsory rotator internship.
Consultant (PM) (Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health Programme): candidate should have MBBS from recognized University.
Laboratory Technician (RNTCP): candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certificate course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
District Accounts Manager (PM): Graduate in Commerce and should have completed 06 months Computer Course with Tally.
Medical Officer Goa Medical College (RNTCP): MBBS/BHMS/BAMS degree from institution recognized by Medical council of India; Must have completed wherever applicable compulsory rotator internship.
LHV (HR): candidate should have completed SSCE with one and half year training course Multipurpose Health worker/ Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Training and should have 05-year experience as ANM.
Secretarial Assistant (RNTCP): candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent and additionally should have minimum 06 Months Diploma in computer applications and should have minimum 02 years experience as Office Assistant.
Lab. Technician (HR/ DEIC): candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent and Diploma Course as Lab Technician from institution recognized by Govt. of Goa.
Data Entry Operator, South Goa (RNTCP): candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent and Diploma Course as Lab Technician from institution recognized by Govt. of Goa. Candidate should have typing speed of 40 WPM in English and Local Language.
Female Supervisor (HR): B.Sc Nursing/ Diploma in Basic Nursing Registration certificate as the registered staff nurse or registration as mid-wife with Nursing Council.
Tuberculosis Health Visitor (RNTCP): candidate should have completed Graduation or 10+2 with experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/ Health worker / Certificate or higher course in Health Education /Counseling.
Computer Assistant (Immunization): candidate should have competed Graduation and Diploma/certificate in Computer Application.
Driver (RNTCP): candidate should have competed High school and should have valid driving license.
Secretarial Assistant (SIHFW): candidate should have competed Graduation and Diploma/certificate in Computer Application.
Finance Consultant for State Tobacco Control Cell (NTCP): Candidate should have completed CA/ICWA inter level or M.Com/MBA (Finance/Material Management) with knowledge of computer.
Sweeper (SIHFW): candidate should be literate.
Dental Surgeon (Dental Cell): candidate should have Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Degree qualification included in Part 1 or Part 2 of the schedule to the Dentist Act, 1948.
Asst. Nutrition Officer (Nutrition Prog.): candidate should have B.Sc. in Home Science
District Programme Coordinator (NPCDCS): M.B.B.S from institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
Panchakarma Therapist (AYUSH): candidate should have class 10 from a recognised board and should have 06 months certificate course in Panchkarma.
General Physician (NPCDCS): MD Medicine or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India and should have 03 years experience.
Ayush Doctor (AYUSH): Graduate Degree in Ayurveda/ Homeopathy recognised under the provision of the Indian medical central council Act. 1970.
Data Assistant (M & E): Graduate in any stream with Diploma in Computer with Accounting package (Tally) from Institute recognized by Goa Government.
GNMs (District NCD Clinic) (NPCDCS): GNM qualification as recognised by Nursing Council of India and should have 02 years experience.
IEC Supervisor (IEC Prog.): Graduate preferably in Science with Diploma in Computer application or 05 months certificate course in computer application.
Counselor for District NCD Cell (NPCDCS): Bachelor's degree in social sciences or Degree/Diploma in counseling /Health Education/ Mass Communication with 02 years experience in the field.
GNMs (District CCU/ICU & Cancer Care) (NPCDCS): GNM qualification as recognised by Nursing Council of India with minimum 02 years experience in the field.
Counsellor (SDH/CHC NCD Clinic) (NPCDCS): Bachelor's degree in social sciences or Degree/Diploma in counseling/Health Education/ Mass Communication with minimum 02 years experience in the field.
Community Nurse (DMHP): B.Sc in Nursing from Institution recognised by Nursing council of India. candidate should also have Two years experience of working in a Hospital.
Psychiatrist Nurse (DMHP): B.Sc in Nursing or equivalent Degree from Institution recognized by Nursing council of India and minimum 02 years experience of working in psychiatry /Mental Health Institution/Hospital.
Case Registry Assistant (DMHP): Higher Secondary and Knowledge of window based packages/ applications.
