Educational Qualification:
- Technical Officer/C (Electronics)- B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc.(Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication engineering from a recognized University/Board of Technical Education/Institution of Central or State Government
- Stipendiary Trainee Category-I (Physics)- Minimum 60% marks in B.Sc. (Physics as principal and Mathematics/Chemistry/ Statistics/Electronics/Computer Science as subsidiary subjects)
- Stipendiary Trainee Category-I (Electronics & Instrumentation)- Diploma / Licentiate in Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering (Three years after SSC or Two years after HSC) with minimum 60% marks
- Technician/B (Plumber)- HSC or SSC passed with minimum 60% marks with Science and Maths plus trade certificate of one year duration in Plumbing trade
- Technician/B (Plumber)- HSC or SSC passed with minimum 60% marks with Science and Maths plus trade certificate of one year duration in Air-conditioning
- Technician/B (Air Conditioning)- HSC or SSC passed with minimum 60% marks with Science and Maths plus trade certificate of one year duration in Air-conditioning
