Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR With 8 (eight) years regular service rendered after appointment to the post of Lower Division Clerk on regular basis in Pay Band-I, 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
- Computer: Officers of the Central Government Page 1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR With 8 (eight) years regular service in Pay Band-I, 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- in the parent cadre or department.
- Staff Car Driver: Pass in 10th standard from a recognized Board
