Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Lower Division Clerk: candidate should have ‘O’ or Higher level certificate course conducted by the DOEACC or COPA/DPCS certificate conducted by the National/State Council of Vocational Studies or Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application/Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic institution or equivalent.
