• SRF's: Post Graduate degree in plant physiology/ genetics/ botany/ biochemistry/ computer sciences/ statistics/ bioinformatics/ remote sensing/ physics or relevant biological sciences with 4-5 years bachelors degree or integrated ( B.Tech + M.Tech 5 Years )in relevant subject. Those with 3 years bachelors degree must have UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ MHRD-GATE qualifications or equivalent. Ph.D. in any of the above subjects ( No NET/ GATE required )Post Graduate degree in genetics/ plant breeding or relevant biological sciences with 4-5 years bachelors degree or integrated ( B. Tech + M. Tech 5 years ) in relevant subject. Those with 3 years bachelors degree must have UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ MHRD-GATE qualifications or equivalent. Ph.D. in any of the above subjects ( No NET/ GATE required )
• Engineer: B.E./ B. Tech in Electricals or electronics with minimum 5 years experience.

Age Limit

For Men : Maximum 35 and 40 years for Senior Research Fellow and Research Associate.
For Women/ SC/ ST/ OBC : Relaxation of 5 years will be given as per Government of India rules.
